MAYNOOTH'S SECRET DOCUMENT

MAYNOOTH'S SECRET DOCUMENT

MAYNOOTH PRESIDENT - MAYNOOTH
THE MAYNOOTH PRESIDENT, Mgsr Hugh Connolly said explicitly on RTE Radio that Maynooth seminarians do not sign a confidentiality document - they only sign a Register!

Yesterday afternoon an ex seminarian telephoned me to contradict what Hugh Connolly said and called his a liar and a deceiver!

This seminarian - we will call him LUKE - entered Maynooth in the not too distant part with a number of other seminarians - 24 of them.

After they settled into Maynooth Hugh Connolly got them together in St Mary's Oratory in Maynooth. This gathering happened on Friday 9th November 2007.

For ther ceremony Hugh Connolly lit the candles - making it a quasi liturgical ceremony.

There were 24 chairs - one for each seminarian and at the top there was a chair and a table for Connolly.

On each of the 24 chairs there was a piece of paper.

On that piece of paper was laid out the various things that they were signing into.

Among those things on the sheet of paper were:

THE UNDERTAKING TO OBEY DILIGENTLY THE RULES OF THE COLLEGE AND TO NOT ENGAGE IN TALK THAT WOULD UNDERMINE THE COLLEGE

NOT TO LEAD OTHER SEMINARIANS TOWARDS CONTEMPT OR VIOLENCE

NOT TO SPEAK ABOUT ANYTHING SEEN, HEARD OR EXPERIENCE IN THE COLLEGE

TO ACCEPT AND AGREE WITHOUT QUESTIONB TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE BY THE MAYNOOTH STAFF OR BISHOPS.

THE TITLE OF THE DOCUMENT WAS

ALLEGIANCE TO THE COLLEGE

These conditions amounted to a declaration that no matter they saw or heard in Maynooth or what they experienced they were bound NEVER to speak about it to anyone.

This paper was read to them by Connolly and then he asked them, one by one, to approach the table where he was sitting with his fountain pen and sign their agreement to these conditions in the Register - a Register that looked like a big sacred book.

When they had all signed the Register Connolly went around the room and picked up everyone of the 24 bits of paper and counted them to make sure he had all 24.

The students were not given a copy of what they had signed up to.

They were then dismissed.

But one wily seminarian managed to retain a copy of this document and contacted me yesterday and read it to me.

So when Connolly said on RTE Radio that the students only signed a Register and no other bit of paper he was using, as a moral theologian, that despicable tool that in the Roman Catholic Empire MK 11 is called a MENTAL RESERVATION.

They did not sign a bit of paper.

They merely signed the Register.

But he NEVER mentioned the 24 bits of paper that were given out to the students which were carefully counted and then collected and counted again - and probably put in a safe to distribute to next year's group of VICTIMS !!!

Now we expect that kind of carry on and misinformation from the KGB, or from MI 5 or from the Israeli Mosad or indeed from present day ISIS.

But do we expect that from Christians?

Do we expect that from Christian ministers?

Do we expect that from priests.

Do we expect that from bishops?

Do we expect that from moral theologians?

"GET BEHIND ME SATAN" !!!

MAYNOOTH TRUSTEES CALL AN EMERGENCY MEETING IN FIVE WEEKS !!!!!!

Ireland's only self declared heterosexual bishop (Hot Press) Amy Martin - has announced that there will be an EMERGENCY meeting of the trustees of Maynooth in FIVE WEEKS.

Would the police, fire brigade or ambulance services get away with such responding times?

I suppose its different if you believe you are 2,000 years old ???

FATHER MARSDEN?

Why is Father Marsden's picture and contact details still on the PERSONNEL page of Maynooth when he walked out and resigned weeks ago?

Maybe some of you would contact him and ask him to clarify his position? He has been spoken of as a man of absolute integrity.

And we have no reason to doubt his absolute integrity.

BUT:

"For evil to triumph it is only necessary for good men to do (and say) nothing".

    1. Why don't you give a copy of that document to the media? It will show Connolly up clearly as a liar and untrustworthy.

Where is Fr David Marsden in all this?

Does he not have a responsibility to clarify matters around his sudden resignation?

      Why is he so silent?

He doesn't need to go through this blog. He could talk to someone like Sarah McDonald.

  3. So far we have..

King Puck - we have a picture of him in a jockstrap yet no one is talking about that? Will this man be ordained???

HorneyAndyX - we have incriminating pictures of him. Yet no one is speaking about that???

Brendan- his name has been cleared after that misunderstanding.

    Ronan- name cleared.

    Gorgeous (michael)- is hot.

Conan - is a repressed homosexual, who gossips and is clearly a liar now.

XXXXXXX - is a 30 something year old ex-seminarian who never had a girlfriend and sounds like a homosexual who hates other homosexuals.

He is also the one who got Conan kicked out as he dropped him in it with no proof.

The real story is emerging.... Pat it seems there are some innocent men and some not so innocent men. Why don't you go after the men we have proof on and that are living double lives?

It may be uncommon [ i.e. not typical ] in this day and age for a 30 something year old to never have had a girlfriend, but it's not a crime surely?? And how do YOU deduce from THAT that he sounds like a homosexual? You even go on to say that 'he sounds like a homosexual who hates other homosexuals.' Wow!!! It sounds to me that you want everyone to fit a certain mould, and when they don't fall in to your perception of how things should be you jump to wild conclusions. I must say that I find your lack of logic quite incredible, and dangerous. Maybe that lad just knew from a young age that he wanted to be a priest? And that is not a crime either, is it?

  8. Sorry, but it's ridiculous to say the letter from Mulhall clears him and the other lad. It's only their word against the word of the man from Derry. The case was tried by a kangaroo court. It needs to be reopened with a completely independent panel. I say the court was of the kangaroo variety because one of its members is alleged to be gay and to have tried to seduce students. He could never be impartial in a case like this. Justice needs to be done, and done quickly.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I agree however but we need to vigilant and respect these lads. The truth is we don't actually know. We might Never know but we have to be vigilant and respect other guys and those parties involved. The clown who presented these allegations has now come out and said (as of yesterday in fact) that he accepts it was a misunderstanding. How do you deal with that? It is neither homosexuals nor heterosexuals who 'are ruining the Church',
but sinfulness, in this case, the sin of unchastity (and the sin of those complicit in covering it up, or turning a blind eye to it).

Bishop Pat, with respect, I did warn you recently that repeatedly and explicitly linking the unchastity at Maynooth to homosexuality was going to
lead to an increase in homophobia. This is now happening. And good, homosexual priests and seminarians are going to suffer for it.

If it were a case of heterosexual unchastity at this (or at any other)
seminary, you would not hear or read denunciations of the kind made above: there would not be claims that heterosexuals were ruining the
      Church.

The grave sin at Maynooth is unchastity; it matters not whether it be
      homosexual or heterosexual.

  16. Pat, I just read your interview in the telegraph. You claim that 60-70% of priests are gay, and that 200+ Irish priests are on Grindr.

  20. This quasi-liturgical ceremony is the most ridiculous thing you have posted about Maynooth yet, Pat (although I don't doubt there's yet more ridiculous stuff to come scuttling out from under the rock). Since this kind of nonsense would have no standing in a court of law, it just shows how the church tries to be its own law.
It also shows the hold it has over people that they feel they have to sign up for this nonsense rather than laugh their socks off.
As for the clergy being seen to be gay, some people really need to realise how outsiders see the church and see sexuality. I have posted here before about the time I was working in a psychiatric hospital and the chaplain brought some seminarians from Oscott round. When they'd gone, my colleagues all clapped me on the back and congratulated me on pulling.
Out here in the real world the church is a) a joke and b) more transparent than it likes to think!

  35. Below is an excerpt from the approved prophecies of 'Our Lady of Good Success'. We need to pray hard for bishops and priests. Satan is using these homo-sexually active priests to humiliate and bring down the Church:

“The holy sacrament of Holy Orders will be ridiculed, oppressed, and despised, for in this both the Church and God Himself are oppressed and reviled, since He is represented by His priests.

“The devil will work to persecute the ministers of the Lord in every way, working with baneful cunning to destroy the spirit of their vocation and corrupting many. Those who will thus scandalize the Christian flock will bring upon all priests the hatred of bad Christians and the enemies of the One, Holy, Roman Catholic, and Apostolic Church. This apparent triumph of Satan will cause enormous suffering to the good pastors of the Church...and to the Supreme Pastor and Vicar of Christ on earth who, a prisoner in the Vatican, will shed secret and bitter tears in the presence of God Our Lord, asking for light, sanctity, and perfection for all the clergy of the world, to whom he is King and Father.”

“Unhappy times will come wherein those who should fearlessly defend the rights of the Church will instead, blinded despite the light, give their hand to the Church’s enemies and do their bidding. But when [evil] seems triumphant and when authority abuses its power, committing all manner of injustice and oppressing the weak, their ruin shall be near. They will fall and crash to the ground.
