PROTESTING KING PUCK'S ORDINATION

-------------------------------------------------

A GROUP OF PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THE DIOCESE OF KERRY - INCLUDING LAWYERS - HAVE DELIVERED A STRONGLY WORDED LETTER TO THE BISHOP OF KERRY ASKING FOR DEACON SEAN JONES ORDINATION TO THE PRIESTHOOD TO BE DELAYED INDEFINITELY!

But, Raymond Browne the RC bishop of Kerry is determined to go through with the ordination at 3pm today in Moynave parish church.

BROWNE
I AM HOPING TO PUBLISH A COPY OF THE LETTER OF PROTEST WHEN THE PEOPLE INVOLVED SEND IT TO ME.

Browne is regarded by many people in Kerry as totally incompetent, and a very boring man when it comes to preaching and communicating.

It now seems to be emerging that he is stupidly stubborn and once he wants to do something there is no shifting him.

-------------------------------------------------------

CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION, MOVAYNE
This is the first time in my life that I have ever heard of a group of devout Catholics coming together to protest an ordination and going to the trouble of having the letter written by a very experienced and devoutly Catholic lawyer.

I'm sure bishops have had private letters written to them about ordinands.

Some of those letters will have been anonymous and others will have been signed by the individual.

But this letter is a group letter which has been drafted by a very senior legal professional.

In the ordination ceremony the bishop asks:

"Is this man deemed worthy of ordination".

A senior priest says:

"Upon inquiry among the People of God and those concerned with his training, he is deemed worthy".

BUT in this case, Ray Browne will go ahead with this ordination IN SPITE of the public concerns brought to his attention

AND

In this case a formal letter of protest from some of the People of God in the diocese of Kerry!

What is going on?

What is Browne at?

Of course like all RC bishops he is a law unto himself and he will do what he wants - and then later on other people will suffer the consequences.

  1. So the fat, hairy dwarf is to be ordained after all.

I reserve my strongest ctiticism, not for the usless sponger Browne, but for the moronic, elderly Irish who financially support these bone idle clerical bastardos.

Thank Jesus that the stupid, unthinking, elderly Irish are dying off. Once you useless fools are gone, who is going to feed these clerical spongers? These parasites and vermin?

    1. Magna, I reserve my strongest criticism for YOU, an obnoxious, moronic, insulting bastardo. You are evil in your intentions. Despite your supposed intelligence, your past hurt of rejection seems to have poisoned and stunted your capacity for decency and goodness. You are deserving of contempt.

Good looks does not make a priest.

Poor appearance does not unmake a good priest.

      Delete
    4. That's true, of course, Bishop P.. But I was addressing the obviously wild claim of poster 09:11.

Sean Jones has neither outer nor inner beauty. Had he the latter (which is all that is necessary for a good priest, though not, alas, for the world), we would overlook the former. But as he appears to have neither, then what physical looks he has just seem, er, worse. Why, a little like Oscar Wilde's character, Dorian Gray! But in reverse.πŸ˜†

Well I am shocked Bishop Browne is going ahead with this today however I do hop he knows that Pope Francis has said people like Sean being described on this blog is not fit for ordination and will end up a mortgage on the Church sadly Bishop Browne may end up the victim and get dismiss for NOT obeying the Holy Father's orders.
I sincerely hope this letter from the lawyer is sent to Cardinal Chief who works with Pope Francis and Cardinal Outlett who is responsible for Bishops.

    4. As someone who was shown the gate in Maynooth 3 decades ago today does strike a chord. I would like to think I had 3 out of 4 of the listed characteristics and was working hard at the 4th. The young man receiving Sacrament today seems to have paid such little regard to the chaste aspect that he leaves himself very poorly prepared to take a vow of celibacy seriously. If his idea of being well adjusted amounts to wearing a kinky jock strap then I do despair. With such a concentration on extra-curricular activities it is hard to imagine much space for the good or much time for the prayerfulness. Lets hope Grindrgate was a Road to Damascus experience and not just another Sojurn to Sodom.

A person receiving the Sacrament of Ordination in many ways parallels a person receiving the Sacrament of Marriage. It involves a very personal journey of discernment.
“Priesthood is a lifelong commitment. It is a unique journey for every candidate,” she said.
