A NUMBER OF SENIOR CLERGY FROM DIFFERENT DIOCESES HAVE DIARMUID MARTIN IN THEIR SIGHTS AS THEY LAY ALLEGATIONS OF PERSONAL IMPROPRIETY AGAINST HIM.
The archbishop has responded by saying that there is absolutely no truth and that these rumors are based on gossip - which is a very different thing than truth.
The Blog is fully aware of the nature and detail of these allegations but we are not publishing them at this juncture.
One of the leading people raising these allegations is the parish priest of Monasterboice in County Louth - Father William Mulvihill.
Father Mulvihill is in dispute with Diarmuid Martin over the departure of a priest friend of him from the Dublin archbishop and made the current allegations to Diarmuid Martin himself on his answering machine - an action, Father Mulvihill says, prompted a telephone call by Diarmuid Martin to him, during which he gave Father Mulvihill his personal mobile number.

DEATH THREAT
Last night after his verbal tussles with Eamon and Diarmuid Martin Bilk received a death threat via email.
This controversy follows a previous spat between Father Mulvihill had with his own archbishop Eamon Martin with regard anonymous letters of complaint sent to Eamon Martin about him.
Without investigation, Eamon Martin was believing the anonymous letter writers and seeking to impose serious restrictions on Father Mulvihill.
Without investigation, Eamon Martin was believing the anonymous letter writers and seeking to impose serious restrictions on Father Mulvihill.
Father Mulvihill restricted Eamon's attempts and they later exchanged warmer letters.
A meeting between the two is planned for September.
It is very obvious that Bill Mulvihill has courage and conviction.
He is also very concerned about the victims of an Armagh priest who has abused for 50 years which have been and are been hidden by Sean Brady and Eamon Martin.
Let us get behind Bill in his efforts to highlight what is wrong in the Catholic Church and his determination to do something about it.

ITALIAN 70 YEAR OLD PRIEST FOUND NAKED IN CAR WITH 10 YEAR OLD NAKED GIRL
A priest was caught naked in a car with a 10-year-old girl in a village near Florence, Italian media report.
The 70-year-old cleric was arrested by the police. He is now under house arrest and has been suspended from exercising his priestly duties by the Bishop of Florence.
Media report that the priest was seen in the car with the girl on Monday at around 10pm, parked in a supermarket parking area on the road between the parish church and the girl’s
An Irish Bishop would have previously advised the Italian priest to have black-out glass in his car windows.
ReplyDeleteWhen Cahal Daly was in Belfast the RUC reported a priest, Father Gregory Cormican to him for cruising for gay sex.
DeleteCahal had the priest in and asked him to change his car.
The cruising was never mentioned.
The cruising never stopped but the car did get changed regularly
DeleteBishop Pat, how do you know (if you weren't present at that time), 'that cruising was never mentioned'?
DeleteIt amazes me that Diarmuid Martin responds to Pat Buckley more than his own clergy. WOW.
ReplyDeleteMabey he felt he HAD to respond.
DeleteOne thing that is not based on 'gossip' but evidence: Martin seems to show a particular tolerance for sexuality active students and clerics.
DeleteYou mean homosexually active seminarians and priests.
DeleteDublin priests say he is less tolerant if heterosexual men wander.
When Pat Buckley contacts Diarmuid he seems to get a rapid response.Yet Diarmuid will not respond to emails, calls and letters from his own clergy? How unbecoming of the Catholic Archbishop to be subservient to Bishop Buckley. At least Pat Buckley resides in the Dublin diocese more times a year than Diarmuid Martin. Maybe Pat Buckley is the real Archbishop because he seems to make Diarmuid do what he wants. No backbone!
DeleteI can assure youthat Diarmuid is in no way subservient to me.
DeleteHe has challenged me robustly on a number of occasions.
'You mean homosexually active seminarians and priests' well yes I did, I just didn't want to be so blantant.
DeleteHi Pat, I am getting very VERY worried. I am just checking due to Bexit will the Irish Church be split? Will Dublin be unable to communicate with Armagh using normal means?? I am soo worried, I think we need a 2nd referendum.
ReplyDeleteAlso Pat, I think Putin is interfering in your blog.
:-)
Delete1. Fr Mulvihill should refrain from commenting further on the blog until after his meeting with Abp Eamon Martin.
ReplyDelete2. And Bp Pat, you should be getting on with writing your Aga saga about Armagh for your followers.
Father Mulvihill is free to comment as he wishes.
DeleteEamon Martin does not possess the power to silence him. And he is now on holidays for two weeks.
I will be back to a big Armagh story tomorrow.
Will it be bigger than brendans you know what?
DeleteIts v v v big.
DeleteLike BMW big?
DeleteHere is a poem
DeleteArmagh gay scandal Marshall
:-)
You are jealous of him because he is gorgeous
DeleteGorgeous is gorgeous brendan is fat
DeleteThree weekends and six days , the Canonical Allotment and planned since April.
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to my integrity and its expression in my life, I am Pope.
ReplyDeleteA BientΓ΄t .....
You have proven that.
DeleteG from Florence is trying to contact you.
william mulvihill is an agent of Putin because he opposes the liberal covering up establishment.
ReplyDeleteArchbishop Dermot Martin
ReplyDeleteHeber Mc Mahon is to be restored to ministry immediately.
How dare you treat him in the manner in which you did, just because he is heterosexual.
William Mulvihill
Mulvihill, wind your neck in. You're no saint yourself. And as for Paul Taylor having your art collection, why does a priest need or have an art collection?
DeleteTo look at
DeleteBill are you dreaming there is NO way Heber McMahon will be back under any circumstances.
DeleteLike your other dreams that are not true read this

That is Facts and Truth
God Bless the two Archbishops under false scandal.
Heber McMahon. There's a name to conjur with. He led a day of recollection in junior before things went tits up with singing priest engagements in NY and Oz and the phone tapping business.
DeleteDo Bill Mulvihill’s comments only make sense to those - in the know? I find many of them incomprehensible.
ReplyDeleteBill loves to be cryptic and he cultivates a certain enigmaticism.
DeleteSome, not all, are for other clerics.
DeleteAnon 11:11: I agree with that. I think it would be helpful and of benefit to the majority of blog followers if comment makers bore in mind that there are probably hundreds of blog followers not "in the know" in relation to info and knowledge of what at times seems like an 'inner circle' of clerical commentators using the blog as a vehicle for personal 'tit for tat' forays within their own personal circle.
DeleteI miss the pithy comments of those like Dalriada D., or the mirthful like Wee Maggie McGoo and Big Lily, all commenting on matters of general interest.
11:11 You're not the only one.π
DeleteHis comments are gobbledegook to me.π
11.33 Leitrim Lenny, those cryptic messages wouldn't make sense to you anyhow. Sure your an auld Orangeman from Leitrim. What would you know about Clerical talk.
DeleteAnon 15:42. There's more Leitrims in Ireland beyond the county.
DeleteBut maybe geography wasn't your strong point, ........if you have any?
"Laughing Lennie"
Where in my post did I refer to Leitrim as County Leitrim you moron. Only you refered to it as a County in your reply. Then again, I suppose logic was never a strong point of yours. Laughing AT Lennie.
DeleteAnon: 20:24: In the context of, and against the background of a common perception that Co. Leitrim has a relatively high proportion of those of the Protestant religion and the Orange persuasion perhaps you could explain to us which other Leitrim you may, or may not have referred to. And having done that, kindly explain the connection and your logic, statistically or otherwise, behind referring to me as an "auld Orangeman" from that Leitrim"?
DeleteMaybe you're not so good on statistical analysis either: but thank you anyway for your kind attention and remarks
Pat, why are the media taking no interest in these matters? You would think at least the tabloid sharks would be moving in?
ReplyDeleteI have reporters I keep informed.
DeleteThey are afraid of being sued.
Plus, Diarmuid Martin is a media darling.
Its an establishment thing :-(
In many ways I am a lone voice.
But I will keep going until they catch up.
Indeed not.... I embraced my humanity a long time ago ....O Felix Culpa... O necessary sin of Adam.....
ReplyDeleteAnother possibility is that none of the more extravagant claims being made are actually true and no journalist wants to be involved with them for that reason.
ReplyDeleteDear Fred, Many of the stories on here were later taken up by mainstream media.
DeleteI talk to journalists a lot and current stories on here are been looked into by broadcasting and print media.
Some stories can take months to verify and come to light.

ReplyDeleteDon't you know....Jesus loved the poor but......He Simply Adored ...The Rich !!!! Did you not know that ?
You are rambling again. Totally incoherent.
DeleteKnew someone like this once. The person had a mental disorder.π
Like Mags I knew someone once like this too who had a drink problem. They rambled on and on in the early hours of the morning online but their name wasn't Mags.
DeleteAh! But 'Mags' is a composite character. Didn't you know?
DeleteAnyone else notice how quiet Mags has been since Bill came on the scene?
DeleteMethinks Carta’s plummage is ruffled.
Strange too, since Bill, according to Carta’s definition, would be a “good priest” for not obeying his bishop??
Hilarious eh? Carta can’t cope with anyone taking away the oxygen of his attention :-)
Magna is like an old injured lion whose pride literally is under threat from Bill, who would devour him. Magna is wary and avoiding conflict with Bill.
Delete18:35 You utter dunderhead!π
DeleteNo, Bill wouldn't be a good priest for 'not obeying his bishop', but for heeding his conscience.
Is comprehension or literacy your issue?
(Just askin', like.π)
Magna darling, you know full well that 'composite' was not quite the word the psychiatrist used to describe you. The word he used began socio- but I didn't get the rest. He was sucking the blood off his thumb after you bit him...
DeleteMad Magna at 20:43
DeleteThere's auld Polly at it again, turning into Granny Grammar, everybody has literacy problems except her. God Help her.
(Just tellin',like)
Absolutely correct 18:35. Bill intimidated the old troll and it stayed under its bridge mostly for a few days. Now it’s back out braying and bleating out insults again that he’s gone on holiday. It’s totes hilair!
DeleteMags sure you surely remember Bill anyhow? He would have been around your time in Maynooth. Did he scare you then too?
Silence will now be Golden as I take a bow for now. Thank you Bishop.
ReplyDeleteMy pleasure David. You will return with your trusty sling :-)
DeletePerhaps Mulvihill might explain his own deprture some time ago to the southern hemisphere?
ReplyDeleteHi Diarmuid.
DeleteI fell in love. I was going to leave the ministry. I fell out of love. I stayed.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have fallen in love. It was the best thing that ever happened and its allowed...
I have fallen in love. Its a wonderful experience.
DeleteAgain, here is Bill being honest and transparent.
He believes that the double life is not the way.
He is right!
Patsy at 12:33
DeleteGet a Grip Patsy! He had no right to fall in love, he should have loved his vocation. No need to live a double life, he should have resigned immediately, going by this blog we have enough Trash hiding within The Sacred Priesthood it is heartbreaking for The Laity to learn of all this sin within the clergy. May Our Blessed Lady Queen of the Clergy restore to us. The Priesthood we deserve as faithful Catholics Eviva Maria!
15:02 You're another nutter. And incoherently rambling with it.π
DeleteSo you fell out of love with God?
DeleteI will not be replying to any further comment, however provocative for quite a while. Thank you,
ReplyDeleteSilly Billy at 12:46
DeleteThank You Billy, I think you have said quite enough ! Now go and have a rest and place yourself under the protection of Our Blessed Lady! Eviva Maria!
12.46: Thank God you are going into silence!! What a miracle....heading for Larne to rendezvous with your master!!
DeleteBut the double life is your way Pat Buckley, you have your cake and are eating it. You make up your own rules to facilitate your sexual union whilst slinging mud at others. No other Cleric has that luxury. Enjoy the Church's property for the short time you've left in it.
ReplyDeleteI do not lead a double life.
DeleteAfter I was put out of the corrupt church I was no longer bound by its rules.
I made my orientation public 20 years ago on the front page of the News of the World.
I had a public civil partnership service in Larne Registry office ten years ago.
EVERYONE knows I am gay and in a partnership.
At some of my weddings my partner is formally invited to attend.
My congregation love my partner, and he them.
As for my home, God has given me a roof over my head. Thank you Lord.
I think you mean D&C put a roof over your head. You might give it back soon?
DeleteWazzup 12:51?
DeleteJust annoyed you're missing out on the cake too?
Take a chill pill pal!
Your congregation @ 13.01 loves your partner and he them. Really? How many would that be - 6/7.
DeletePat you have very little faith, love, mercy or compassion.
DeleteI don't credit you as a man of the cloth or as a minister with a true ministry!
Would Jesus behave and write blogs like this if he were around today? I don't think so.
What arrogance!! Your ego must be huge. Don't thank the Lord for the roof over your head but thank the laity of Down & Connor for financing it - do we not matter to you? You are just another leech.
ReplyDeleteWith the a papal visit (or bull) so close one can only imagine the feathers being ruffled by today's blog. It may cause a red face rather than a red hat!
ReplyDeleteI didn't realise God covered your free rental and rates and refurb of your church owned property Pat. I must get in touch with God regarding my own housing costs.
ReplyDelete13.01: Pat, you never ever accept blame for your own part in the drama of conflicts you initiated and which caused much hurt and division among the clergy you worked with. YOU ARE NOT WITHOUT FAULTS. I couldn't give a shit about your partner. The fact that you came out and proclaimed your sexuality does not give you any moral, superior right to hound and chase down others. You have evil intent in your agenda. You engaged in your own personal sexual adventures - that's a fact - and I don't condemn you for that. But what is stomach churning is your arrogance and self righteousness in your view of many individual priests who may have deep, inner personal struggles. That you take delight in the downfall of others is completely anathema to CHRIST. Simply put, you are too full of vengance and hatred to be a witness for TRUTH.
ReplyDeleteI am not without fault and flaws.
DeleteBut I am not a Roman cleric with a promise of celibacy which demands total chastity.
These sexually active priests are living double lives - pretending to be celibate and riding like rabbits.
They also hold up the rotten system.
so in other words, you're obsessed with other peoples sex lives.
DeleteJust saw the news:
ReplyDelete"Only Putin will rejoice at a hard-Brexit’: UK foreign sec"
Pat its clear you are an agent of Putin, only Putin will rejoice at the Armagh scandal revealed tomorrow.
Others, e.g., MC, will dance like a he-goat upon the mountain.
Delete16:21 I don't 'do' mountains. π
DeleteSo, Bellarmine, it is heartbreaking "for The Laity (sic) to learn of all this sin within the clergy"? These are your words. Would you rather have a cover up? Keep them in the dark and shovel them shit: customary RC institution mushroom tactics? Sounds to me like you're shooting the messenger not decrying the message. MMM on ARCHBISHOP
ReplyDeleteThat's what the " Trads" do hide everything under the carpet blame it all on Vatican two.
DeleteBut it all happened before Vatican Two but they need something to blame.
However under the current Pontificate that will not happen as we see Cardinal, Archbishops, Bishops and clergy all getting dismissed before pushed or they resign.
The two Archbishops in Ireland better start acting quick as their mitres may not be on their heads much longer if they do not address these issues.
What a cloud hanging over Dublin and Armagh ahead of the Papal visit.
I think it’s not uncommon for Catholics to be heartbroken by the evils committed by clergy. I don’t think expressing that sadness is a desire for a cover up, but an expression of sadness and anger at those of whom more was expected. I think expressing that sadness and anger is part of growth towards (hopefully) healing and transformation. Much like in counseling, confronting and articulating the darkness of the past is often part of growth in the future.
DeleteMad!Mad!Mad! at 16:12
DeleteNo, you Cretin, I don't want a cover up, I want them rooted out! I was voicing the concerns of The Faithful who like myself had no idea about any of these scandals, and it is heartbreaking to those of us who love our Holy Faith. To people like you who have no faith, you will never understand.
Still barking, 19:23. π π
DeleteMad Magna at 20:37
DeleteYes Polly, I will always bark at an auld bitter twisted, apostate, drunk like you. love and prayers B. Eviva Maria!
Sweetheart at 22:44, you'll bark at anything, anywhere, anytime.
DeleteWhy?
Because you're you're absolutely bloody barking.
Period!πππππππππ
Can Putin run in the Irish presidential elections? I like Vlad, he knows things.
ReplyDeleteAnybody know why Mgr Gerard Gillen has been overlooked as Director of Music for the Papal Mass in favour of young John O'Keefe? Has the monsignor fallen out of favour with the music powers that be?
ReplyDeleteNothing new in that. Many years ago Fergus Clarke was over looked in Maynooth. Thankfully, he got sense and left Kilmore for the Franciscans in the Holy Land. A total gent he is.
DeleteGerard Gillen is in his 80s now. Maybe that’s why? Anyhow, John will be conducting the choir. Prof Gillen most likely will be playing the organ. He plays usually - he doesn’t conduct - even in the Pro-Cathedral.
DeleteGerard Gillen has never conducted major liturgical events. He wasn't involved in the Eucharistic Congress either. Stop trying to create a story where there is none.
DeleteGerard Gillen is a lay man not a priest, and therefore not a monsignor.
DeleteBishop Buckley I am prepared to meet with you in a public location in Belfast. I have considerable information on the following Mullaney, Prior, Collins, Wilson, Byrne, Derwin and Moriarty. War is war. Every injustice and harm has been recorded and screenshoted.
ReplyDeleteHi Brendan! LOL
Delete+Pat
DeleteBrendan Marshall is running scared. As he said in Pugin hall this year “buckley will never get me!”. Pat, I am sure you are you aware of the multible phone numbers he has? We call them his Grindr phones.
You forgot Puck, Sheehan and Hickey. They have way more on you!
DeletePat please write a blog on Mark Moriarty. The victims and there families are deeply hurt.
ReplyDeleteOne of Moriarty's victims family is deeply traumatised. This family member cries everyday at the actions of Mark. Mark has effected familes for years now.
ReplyDeleteWho is Mark Moriarty?
ReplyDeleteMaynooth fruitcake alert @ 17.41 and posts after that. Pat investigate this and Pat investigate that from the past. Tedious poster who gossips without any chance of giving facts. If you want to meet Pat in Belfast email or phone him. Stop wittering about it on the blog ffs.
ReplyDeleteHi Brendan
DeleteThank you Bellarmine for clarifying your views. Perhaps had you not used the word "learn" your comment would have been less likely to be misconstrued. By the way my thyroid is very healthy thank you. Elementary biology lessons might help you understand more appropriate use of medical terminology.
ReplyDeleteMark Moriarty is a ΔΆerry Seminarian. Close links to Puck and Horny Andy.

ReplyDeletePeter Damien was an absolute 'basket case'.
Delete('Gotta' say it, like, for truth's sake.π)
Takes one basket case to identify another one. Just saying like. Interesting Bill exits the stage and Carta rears his ugly head-on it again. Poor Carta felt threatened by Bill
Delete21:43 you're rattled, aren't you?π
DeleteWhy so insecure?ππ
Hah! Hah!π
Pat I often wonder will Moriarty meet face to face with the family members whose lives are affected by his decision to report on hetrosexual seminarians.
ReplyDeleteWho are these made up victims? Can you supply one person? No. Be carful or those d**k pics will be on this blog along with your Grindr pics on that lovely soft bed of yours. :-)
DeleteI am looking forward to Armagh Aga Saga, Bp Pat. I will look in again around midnight... hoping to suitably shocked and scandalised!
ReplyDeleteyeah, and all you'll get is innuendo and hints with no ACTUAL evidence or story. it will be another 'I've received credible info but I'm not publishing it because deep down I know its all a load of sh*te'
