THE IRISH CHURCH LEADING UP TO WORLD MEETING OF FAMILIES

WHAT A STATE THE IRISH ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH IS IN LEADING UP THE WORLD MEETING OF FAMILIES.

THE PRIMATE:

EAMON MARTIN

With WMOF days away the Primate of All Ireland is embroiled in accusations that he has been protecting a serial pedophile priest - Father Sean J Quinn.

Three victims of this priests took their own lives last year.

Another victim, who has suffered greatly has been hospitalized 18 times.

Eamon is following the lead of Cahal Daly and Sean Brady and is covering up for this priest. Why? Apparently, because he has "the dirt" on many others in Armagh at various levels.

The Armagh Safeguarding Officer - Aidan Gordon has said in writing that the priest is "LOW RISK".

GORDON

What does that mean?

Surely a priest working in a parish should pose NO RISK to the children of the parish.

Furthermore, the priest is 80+ and there is no need for him to be in a parish.

EAMON MARTIN IS NOT FIT TO BE ARCHBISHOP OF ARMAGH

HE IS NOT FIT TO STAND ON THE STAGE AT WMOF

DUBLIN:

DIARMUID MARTIN

Archbishop Diarmuid Martin has been accused of impropriety by Father Bill Mulvihill.

These accusations are being talked about by many priests in Dublin and further afield.

Diarmuid has absolutely denied these claims and has challenged Father Mulvihill to state the claims in public.

According to a journalistic source, he was going to make this matter public himself, but to date has not done so.

BISHOPS:

Another separate bishop has been accused of being sexually active - to the point that someone in a shop recently referred to the size of His Lordship's Honourable Member.

WILL CREAN in Cloyne has had a priest of his having sex on the altar of a parish church with a younger man.

CREAN
The priest IS STILL LISTED as a curate in a Cloyne parish.

Crean gas never reconsecrated the church where the sacrilege took place!

RAY BROWNE:

BROWNE
Ray Browne recently ordained King Puck in spite of all and is currently keeping an abusive seminarian in seminary.

PRIESTS:

Priests having sex on an altar.

Priests visiting gay saunas at home and abroad.

Priests in a sexual relationship with other priests.

Priests having sex with seminarians.

Priests paying ex-seminarians hush money.

Priests cruising for sex at truck stops.

MAYNOOTH:

Maynooth is as bad as ever with promiscuous gay seminarians who:

Have sex with each other and others.

Use Poppers and illegal drugs and give them to others.

Have BDSM sessions where injuries occur - a broken and claims of 4 hospital admissions in recent years.

PAT SAYS:

They claim that this WMOF is designed to renew the RC Church in Ireland.

But it's not.

They are spending 20 million on a big PR stunt.

It's like building a massive, impressive mausoleum over a grave.

But the grave is full of rottenness, decay, darkness and every kind of disease.

We are seeing the Irish RC church collapse.

We are seeing the bishops and clergy exposed for what they have done and continue to do.

WMOF is like the orchestra playing music as the Titanic sank.

A TELEPHONE CALL BETWEEN ARA COELI AND MAGHERAFELT:

EM = Eamon Martin    JG - John Gates

EM: John, I had decided to give you a sabbatical, the You Know Who leaked my changes and I had to make new appointments.

JG: I know that Eamon. But I do not want to stay in Magherafelt. They all think I'm a bully and people are looking at me strangely in the street.

EM: I fully understand. Just give me a little bit of time.

JG: How long?

EM: Well until we at least sort out Mulvihill and get the WMOF over.

JG: Will someone somewhere not do something about You Know Who. He is messing us all around.

EM: I know, Between him and Mulvihill my holiday was spoiled.

JG: You are going to have to do something about Quinn now as it's all over the internet.

EM: That's easier said than done. Quinn knows a lot about us in Armagh. If he spoke out we would all be up the river without a paddle.

John, I will keep my word to give you that break and when you return you can decide where you want to go. Just keep Magherafelt quite for a while.

JG: Ok Eamon. How did we get ourselves into this awful mess?

EM: Well, this mess was made before I came here thanks to Daly and Brady. I have to go now. I have Chief Superintendent Casey of Dundalk coming for afternoon tea. God bless. Bye for now.

JG: God bless Your Grace.

  1. Archbishop José Tolentino Mendonça, the new Archivist and Librarian of the Holy Roman Church, to give him his full job title, is an extremely active gay man. Good friend of Humble.

Another of Humble's big friends, Cardinal Maradiaga, has just recently protected his gay seminarians, who have been allowed to stay in the Honduran National Seminary. The gay sems from other dioceses in the country have been sent home.

Paradoxically, Queen Sofia reportedly doesn’t like gays, especially “gay pride,” yet she was falling over herself for the pope.

  4. WMOF ? It's a joke. How many families do you see attending Church these days?. A high percentage only present themselves as and when a first communion or confirmation takes place. It's an elaborate PR exercise which will be a 9 day wonder and do little or nothing to improve the low morale of Many frustrated priests. It's a lavish affair which allows the pointy hat brigade pay homage to the Big Boss and retreat to their palaces after 36 hours. As they say in Dragons Den ...IM OUT.

    2. Not that its any of your business..I dont drink alcohol. A family for me can consist of parents/grandparents/guardians and who may take their children to Church on a regular basis. I come from a parish where family masses are celebrated each Sunday but sadly few children attend.
As one of our local priests stated during a first communion celebration last May .. As you receive your first Holy Communion..I hope it wont be your last. Such is the concern that in a lot of cases children do not attend church regularly. Meanwhile Ive no problem in your name calling if it makes you feel good.

The Garda have knowingly arrested and charged the wrong man for the Dunleer murder.

The only thing that links him with the deceased from the forensics are the bodily fluids shared, obviously after some form of sexual encounter. That does not constitute murder and " Our best in Dublin couldn't break him" thats a direct quote from one of the Shits. You could not break him because he didn't do it

I wonder who will arrest and pepperspray me today.

A distinction should be made between disputing what may or may not have happened to Fr Mulvihill, plus the truth or otherwise about his allegations of abusive behaviour, AND the reality of his repeated comments on these matters to this blogsite. I make no comment on the former as I have no factual information. I do make comment though, to say that on the evidence of Fr Mulvihill's contributions to this blog, he is clearly unwell and in need of supportive guidance. This should not detract from or deny his grievances, but ideally provide constructive focus for their expression. I suspect however that at this stage he will not be amenable to it. For his sake I hope his current state is not a precursor to a breakdown.

    2. KOB had consensual sex with several serving clergy, one is now allegedly a high ranking Prelate who Keith got promoted. Keith clearly never went for looks as none of them are particularly pleasing to the eye. Must have been a size queen. It had been going on for decades and was the worst kept secret in our Diocese. They came together in the end (pardon the pun) as he clearly upset them, seems his constant media outbursts about gays being intrinsically disordered pushed them over the edge. Thing is, 4 of them of them are still practising Priests either in Edinburgh, one is abroad (in a Country beginning with S). They are as much to blame as he is and used him as much he he used them. In my view they all need named and shamed because of their own double standards. They will still be sexually active. Many of the Clergy in our Diocese know who they are. Cushley is keeping them sweet as they have lots of scandal to tell if he even tries to bring them down.

    4. 1137. If this blog isn’t for you then why read or contribute. Most people or here are highly educated, have been hurt in one way or another by the institution and just need a forum to be able to open up. I for example was abused by a Priest in the Parochial House. Invited for dinner and the Priest obviously thought that was an invitation to engage in gay sex. He is still serving and I know of others he has manipulated. No issues re him being gay, but it is the double standards and abuse of position I can’t stand. He knew I was vulnerable and confused at that point and he went for it. So, you see my friend, perhaps this is a free for all. We are all free to speak about our experiences and this will all be for the greater good. I personally take lots of comfort from Pat and this blog.

Actually there has been a lot of compassion for Keith O‘Brien, BUT his story does exemplify so much of what is wrong, especially since his little friends are still in ministry, and it turns out it was all over a mitre. I am struck by how many priests are on sabbatical or study leave or placement abroad when they usually have to be got out of the way. Plumbers and bus drivers do their job with far more benefit to the community, and if they don‘t, do not have the luxury of a posting instead to Palm Springs. 30. I'm afraid I am beginning to think that Fr Mulvihill might be the sort of person who attracts trouble, and that is probably because of his mental, emotional, psychological state, and his behaviour. I have no doubt that he may have had a troubled time, but there seems to be a bit of paranoia about him at present.

So, as far as I can understand it, if there has been violence, misbehaviour, wrongful action against him by the police or by an other institution, then that should be the subject of an investigation through the correct channels. He needs to get himself a lawyer to facilitate the presentation of any grievance that he has.

He seems to be making some very serious allegations about abusive behaviour by other clergy, including potentially seriously illegal behaviour towards children / minors, either recent or historical. He should walk in to a police station and make a statement, and start a process that should end up with the police investigating these claims.

If, as he seems to be suggesting, various Archbishops have colluded in frustrating the investigation of potentially illegal abusive behaviour by priests, then they are committing an offence themselves and leave themselves liable for very serious consequences. I am sure the Archbishops know this, so I am somewhat confused as to why he is saying that they are protecting alleged offenders.

Unless this stuff has already been investigated and various authorities have decided that it has no substance ?

What strikes me most is the Fr Mulvihill sounds as though he is not a well man, and I would hope that somebody will take some care of him and give him the time, space and resources to re-establish his equilibrium.

The words are Y viva Maria. Mary of Nazareth is far removed from your blasphemy of her name while denigrating other human beings.

You can't differentiate between an exclamation mark and a Roman numeral.

You show ignorance of the basic rules of capitalisation.

Adjectival phrases with more than one word require a hyphen.

Poor sentence structure (Learn the difference between a sentence and a clause.)

FR. RAY HANNON RIP DUBLIN. FUNERAL TODAY.

A comment maker mentioned him above. I found this on the net.
Barking mad? Bereaved priest pens death notice for departed dog

Bereaved priest Fr Ray Hannon took an unusual step to broadcast his love for his sister’s departed border collie – he shelled out €313 for a newspaper death notice.

“I wanted to mark and celebrate Peppee’s life,” he told the Irish Sun. “He really was the most beautiful dog.”

Peppee died of cancer last Tuesday week and was cradled in the arms of the priest for eight hours before he passed away. 76-year-old Fr Hannon would regularly drive thousands of kilometres to meet the mutt and offer his whiskey and pain when the dog was in pain. He sounds like the most fun master a dog could wish for, if you ask us.

“They said I’m the first person ever to put a death notice in the paper for a dog,” Fr Hannon told the paper.

“Hopefully I’ll start a new craze. Animals deserve to be recognised. They bring so much joy to people”.

Despite his current griefs, the prospect of seeing his beloved canine chum has given Fr Hannon paws for thought. “I look forward to meeting him in heaven,” he added.

Have a read of the full obituary tribute below but be sure to keep a tissue nearby; it’s pretty ruff:

‘Faithful Dog... God’s Gift’ (Memory of a much loved and faithful Border Collie)

    Our little Peppee died,
    Unsullied soul returning
    To its source...
    Through Whom...
All Creatures Great and Small abide.
    Some loaned to us
    As sharers in life’s course.
    She guessed our sorrows

    And our joys she shared,
Until she heard The Master’s voice one morn
She came to take her leave
    As one prepared,
To reap the fruits of sickness bravely borne.
She tapped upon the covers of our bed.'

  41. In the midst of all the other stuff on priests, I think we can allow Father Hannon his mild eccentricity, which seems to stem from a gentle loving nature. Like Pat I see commending any animal no matter how humble to its creator to be a genuine act of charity and blessing. The poem is undoubtedly cheesy but fairly typical of the funeral industry.

    3. He won't be rattling anymore cages now will he? Mulvihill won't be either in a short while. Why were slime like these ever ordained in the first place. Mulvihill runs off to Australia and they get sick of him so he runs back to Ireland to cause mischief. Buckley goes to Seminary in the South, runs off to Wales because nobody wanted him in Ireland. Later on Wales then gets fed up with him and he runs back to the North this time and later becomes a nuisance there and still is. What does that all tell you?

      Delete
    4. I'm afraid youve got your facts wrong.

Yes I was in Clonliffe Seminary in Dublin from 1970 - 1973.

I was expelled from there on June 14th 1973 for missing lectures and being a prankster - the prankster bit was to cover up immaturity and my struggles with my sexuality. I was not involved in anything sexual in Clonliffe.

8 weeks later I was accepted by the Archdiocese of Cardiff and sent to St. Johns College in Waterford where I thrived and was ordained before my Clonliffe class.

In Wales I was psychologically abused by two Irish parish priests - one an alcoholic and one a Tipperary sadist.

      Then I cam North.

Some regard me as a nuisance.

Some regard me as a courageous whistleblower.

And to paraphrase Gerry Adams: "We aint going anywhere".

    5. Everywhere you go you seem to have been bullied?? Very unlikely. When you went somewhere in the North you said that some priests gave you a hiding. Too many secrets. No one told the truth. I just ignored them but I started getting a lot of snide remarks from the pulpit. I can keep my head in these situations, but what is not recognised in the head will show in the body. I started with severe chronic migraine and was sent for a blood test. The consultant rang me at home to say my blood was absolutely abnormal. They thought I was riddled with cancer but it wasn't that. They sent me to eight different consultants but they could not find out why my blood was so inflamed and stayed so for 2 years. My thyroid blew. I got shingles and ended up with severe asthma. I knew I was anxious..which is most unusual for me. In the end, I am pretty sure my illness was caused by stress. They lie. They bully. They manipulate. They made me very ill. I know what it is like to be on the receiving end. They are not very nice people.

There is a wide cluster of such with presentation specific to the individual's life experience, disposition and stresses incurred. Whistleblowers tend to have high moral values and consequently often suffer injustices at the hands of the less ethical focus of their concerns, particularly in an organisational hierarchy. The abusive use of the term mad is entirely innapropriate to describe a stressed whistleblower. MMM
