There are reports emerging from Maynooth that two years ago during the Maynooth crisis, a small number of seminarians were involved in BDSM - bondage, domination, sadism and masochism!
Apparently, during one of these sessions, one seminarian had a limb broken.
The seminary council led an inquiry into how the fracture happened and the seminarians lied to them.
Then, when the big crisis broke, one of the seminarians got afraid and went and told the authorities the truth.
Some of those involved in BDSM have left, but not all of them.
GAY RITUAL:
ONE other report says some well-known seminarians used to organize gay rituals in the seminary.
SEMINARY "RENT BOYS":
Another report says that over recent years a number of Maynooth seminarians have been acting as "rent boys" for priests and more senior clergy.
These activities took place especially in Dublin Armagh and Cork and Ross.
This has laid to reports that the seminarians providing the services went on to blackmail clergy including some well-known ones.
This, of course, means that the strange goings on have involved clergy - bishops not excluded!
Eventually, these names will leak out and there will be senior resignations.
Rent boys always tell their story in the end, especially when large sums are offered.
At present, I know some names but have not sufficient evidence to publish.
But I am working on it.
Some seminarians have been ordained because they had the dirt on senior clergy.
This is a deeper scandal than previously realized.
There is much, much worse to come in clerical and hierarchical Ireland.
Well i wouldn't mind performing some 'BDSM' on the formation team in Maynooth..I don't mean anything sexual..I just wanna tie them all up and beat the crap out of them.
ReplyDeleteI'm inclined to agree but I'd be afraid that some of them may enjoy it.
DeleteIt certainly explains some things.
ReplyDeleteYou don't half talk a load of crap.
ReplyDeleteThe size of the place facilitates such carry on. The priests who ought to be supervising seminarians live in places like St.Pats & st.Josephs. The one priest apartment in St.Mary's is on a different floor and seperated by the infirmary corridor.
ReplyDeleteThe seminarians live very unsupervised lives and the priests are easily led by the coordinated stories of the calculated few. Often the more suitable men are also more naive and they fall victim to some vicious, unsuitable characters. None of today's blog surprises me.
05:24
DeleteNonsense. Supervising men in their mid 20s? That’s a large part of the problem. Are you a control freak?
Perhaps I should have used the word 'observe' rather than supervise. Such would better communicate my intent.
DeleteAnd they do need observation to ensure suitability. As to the control freak question; it is not I who require a promise of obedience
Do you mean the “royal” we Pat when you say Bishops? You’re not a Bishop of the Universal Church.
ReplyDeletehttps://www.irishexaminer.com/ireland/priests-ordination-first-in-kerry-diocese-since-2007-472087.html
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to Rev Sean in his ministry as Priest from 1 July.
DeleteAnd comiserations to those he will adversely affect for 50 years!
DeleteThe priest profile for the diocese suggests desperation. In the last 11 years Kerry has send excellent men to seminary. The only one who survived to priesthood attended the Irish college. Donal O'Neill oddly destroyed several great men for kerry while in Maynooth.
DeleteRay Browne is desperate to ordain.
DeleteAnd, by all accounts, he has no decision making ability.
He is a perfect example of weakness and indecisiveness.
Sad for Kerry.
Ray’s actions to date demonstrate that desperate to ordain is exactly what he is not.
DeleteExamine the evidence instead of looking for a headline and a sound bite.
Pat at 10.10 and 10.19, the least you could do is offer encouragement to a newly ordained and to his Bishop. What, we may justifiably ask, have you achieved over all your years, apart from heads on plates? Where are the visible signs of new Christian witness and communities arising out of your "vision"? Nothing demonstrable to see. Hypocrite.
DeletePoor Tom - let’s give him a break. He has busted his ass for years to get this far or maybe I have got it wrong? Maybe he will be good for the Church in Ireland - open a few more skeletons in his own closet to let the real Tom come out or then again he might lock up a few others. When I think of Tom I always have the feeling that he has one eye watching me although I can never work out which one! However, I know he had his eyes set on the mitre for many years. He must be exhausted the poor fellow from all the workouts strengthening his tongue muscles as he has had to do a lot of poking it in places it shouldn’t haven been. It’s a long way up the ladder Tom but if you fall ....well.... you’ll not find many to stretch out the Samaritan hand of help. What you sow is what you reap! Tom - the chosen few you have chosen - keep them close. You’ll be needing their support. I do hope the people of Meath understand your Blackpool accent and above all I hope on VATICAN SENDS CORK BULLY TO MEATH
ReplyDeleteOnce more I find myself asking what's the link between all this extreme sexuality stuff and being a cleric. Are some bishops a Jekyll and Hyde
ReplyDeleteKing Puck's junior was the victim of the fractured wrist. Mark Moriarty lied to seminary council in order to protect the secrecy of the ritual. Moriarty sent all the medical bills to kerry Diocese.
ReplyDeleteMoriarty the Kerry seminarian is new Byrne of Maynooth.
ReplyDeleteI've never read such rubbish in all my life. It's an insult to our intelligence Pat. Get a grip.
ReplyDeleteJust you wait and see. You will eat your words.
DeletePB at 10.20
DeleteWhat makes you presume his parishoners will be adversely affected?
Were your parishoners adversely affected by your actions as a gay man?
Pat, as in previous cases you are quite simply jealous of him because he is gorgeous and probably fancy him.
DeleteI was never a promicuos seminary or priest.
DeleteIn fact my sexuality was a source of great suffering for me for many years.
I got through it all through faith, prayer and counselling.
Since the age of 45 I have been in a very good, healthy and open place.
But I don't think that today's seminarians and young priests are being equipped with the spirituality to cope and be alright.
How does BDSM and blackmail fit in with priesthood?
11:09
DeletePuck is "gorgeous"?
Should have gone to Specsavers.
Visiting a gay pub in Dublin isn't far removed from what you are castigating Sean Jones for.
DeletePat please inform Fr Surlis of this incident. A brutal physical sex act involving the intentional breaking of a wrist took place.
ReplyDelete9.18 is happy enough to pass you the stones, so long as he, himself is the one caught firing them..!
DeleteThese stories and the news that Seán Jones, despite everything, is to be ordained, fill me with despair and horror.
ReplyDeleteYou hear all these lurid and shocking tales but they all just sail merrily on.
If the stories, many of which have made the national and international media, are true - and no one in authority and responsibility is lifting a finger to intervene and arrest the rot - then truly we are in a very dire situation.
This is absolutely horrific. Those responsible for these activties need rooted out. But no one is found to cut out the cancer.
Once these men are ordained you are stuck with them! They are going to poison further a very debilitated Church. O Lord, deliver us.
Has it been established that the people taking part in BDSM weren't just a hyper-enthusiastic Opus Dei splinter group?
ReplyDeleteSphincter group?
DeleteDistraction. Opus Dei steer away from Maynooth and in tge past have been very supportive in correcting Maynooth formation practices.
DeleteDon't even think about insinuating that it's anything to do with Opus Dei people who are horrified at all of this as I'm sure you are..
DeleteThe observation was intended to be tongue-in-cheek, 13:47 - I had no intention of insinuating anything.
DeleteI would imagine that, as you say, Opus Dei people may well be horrified by the goings-on; but I have to confess that, as my teenage years were made a misery by the Church's teaching on sex, my reaction was less of horror than mild amusement combined with a certain amount of resentment. If naughtiness in seminaries isn't a recent phenomenon, it sounds as though a fair number of those who were casting the first stone at hormonal young Catholics such as myself may well not have been 'without sin'.
Anne Hornimouse. You are not worth a reply. Your comment on Opus dei is clearly a wanton, vexatious mislead that defames a great organisation.
DeleteAlso it is clear that your name is a red herring for a trouble maker. Now go tend to your Horney Mouse.
Pat at the heart of the Byrne/Moriarty group was the receiving of large amounts of cash and gifts. Now the crew is blackmailing senior clergy and yes certain Bishops.
ReplyDelete10.40 You’ve been asked time and time again to name these people which you remain unable to do after such a long time. If you can’t name them (which you can’t) then do us a favour and shut up.
DeleteSeminarians, priests and others have named peope to me and others.
DeletePlease realise that some of these whistle blowers are afraid for their positions and futures.
I think in fairness to the laity who fund the Church it is only right these people are named and shamed and asked to leave now or as quick as possible.
ReplyDeleteAs we seen the Bishop of Dromore had the decency to resign people in Scotland are wait on Mario Conti doing the same but pigs will fly he will want a big funeral and into the vault despite for the big funeral he gave Gerry Nugent.
Glasgow for too long has had to many cover ups.
Illiterate Irishman living in Scotland alert.
DeleteBut how can Miss Conti resign if she's already retired?
DeleteThe threats to name and shame and counter threats, the language of "just you wait and see", the suggestion and almost encouraging of blackmail, the pornographic nuances on this blog beg serious questions about the blog owner's moral integrity. Painting himself as better than everyone else with a collar, he arrogantly gives himself the self righteous privilege of tearing others to pieces. Christ's words escape his behaviour. Shame on Pat.
ReplyDeleteWhere have I painted myself better than others with a collar.
DeleteIts not about me!
Its about the deterioration of Maynooth and the Irish church.
The information I publish here comes from seminarians, priests and others.
I think you would just like me to stop.
Thats not going to happen!
Pat don’t make me laugh. You couldn’t give two shits about Maynooth or the Irish Catholic Church so don’t pretend otherwise. Must be horrible knowing that they couldn’t give a hang about you and could you blame them.
Delete12.09 - You simply just couldn't care Pat. Again, there's nothing of Christ in your behaviour but since your vengance is your raison d'etre, enjoy being nasty and hateful. One day you'll learn to imitate Christ.
DeleteAll these issues can be linked to one person... Marshall
ReplyDeleteHe likes to have a light beating in his room before bed
DeleteFor most gay guys bdsm is an innocent game.
ReplyDeleteAnd no broken wrists.
DeleteThis is all goes on and on and on interminably. Nudge nudge wink wink. Innuendo. Whisper whisper. Just watch this space. Just you wait and see .... on and on and on.
ReplyDeleteIf it’s true, or has some truth in it, someone needs to have the balls to, as it were, shoot the horse and put it out of its misery.
Name them and shame them.
What has happened to the boyos sent home from the Irish College recently and their threats to sue left, right and centre?? NOTHING because they know rightly, if they were subjected to scrutiny, their feigned grievances would be exploded into oblivion.
Where’s “Gorgeous” now? Why didn’t he sue?
If there are compromised bishops and senior clergy, name and get them out! Enough of this already! How many years now has this merry go round been aimlessly spinning?
If that Jones boy is guilty as charged, his ordination needs to be stopped even at this stage, no matter about feckin Ray Brown’s “desperation” to ordain - did ye ever hear the like of it in all your life??? “Desperate to ordain” ye know???
Very very serious allegations are made on this blog almost day and daily with names bandied about and thrown into the mix. If it’s mischief, it’s immoral and has to stop. If it’s true, then ye all have a duty to move and arrest the corruption. Or ye will answer to God Himself. This is quite unbelievable. So feckin shit or get off the pot!
I understand your frustration.
DeleteThis situation is so big that it cannot be resolved in one swift move.
Initially, each rotten branch has to be identified and removed.
But look at how many have already departed?
This task is a branch by branch task.
Bishop Buckley are you in contact with Pasty McGarry in the Irish Independent. If so go all out this time.
ReplyDeletePasty McGarry is cautious but sincere.
DeleteHe stood his ground on the Gannon/Rome affair.
It's a bit like going to court - our ordinary certainty does not always meet the legal burden of proof.
Hence, the step by step approach.
Patsy McGarry is from the Times not the Independent. He is the last person to listen to Pat Buckley. Pat describes him today as sincere but before has called him names and accused him of being friends with D Martin.
DeleteDefamation cases are harder: the burden of proof switches back to the person making the allegations to prove on the balance of probabilities. The operative word being burden.
DeleteWhy did the Irish Examiner remove King Puck Ordination article
ReplyDeleteWas the Editor threatened with the belt of the crozier by the Palace in Killarney?
They removed it out of extreme jealously, jealousy over the fact that Puck is gorgeous, they are also jealous of gorgeous as well.
DeleteThe ordination article is still there.
Deletehttps://www.irishexaminer.com/ireland/priests-ordination-first-in-kerry-diocese-since-2007-472087.html
Unless you cut, copy and paste the link, it is not on the site and accessible / noticeable as it originally was this morning.
DeleteOf course it's not as noticeable as it was this morning... It got pushed down the list as new stories came through. This happens on every news source.
DeleteIt is still easy to find by going to "Today's Stories" in the menu. So, no, the editor was not threatened as 14.03 asked. There is nothing about the 2016 scandal, plus the fact that a spokeswoman comments on behalf of the diocese (which they did not previously do in the Puck case), would suggest to me that the diocese itself probably made the papers aware of the upcoming ordination.
You not being able to find the article and it being removed are actually different from each other. Too much paranoia isn’t good for you.
DeleteBishop Pat this scandal of blackmailing and the exchange of large amounts of cash was sanctioned by a current and former member of Maynooth Seminary Council. Trace the source of the cash. This activity goes beyond horseplay to intentional criminal activity.
ReplyDeleteBishop Pat please follow all the instructions that @14.29 has given you like all his other posts today. Take yourself to a high cliff and throw yourself from it and put your hand into the fire - fear not because @14.29 will save you.
ReplyDeleteHere we go again, the Arch Gossip of Larne Patricia Buckley who just loves to tell us all unsubstantiated rumers and scandal from Maynooth. You can practically hear her purring with pleasure as she imparts all the latest gossip because thas what it is GOSSIP! Please name the lowlifes tell you these things. no doubt they are all potential blackmailers who get great pleasure from bringing The Holy Church into disrepute. You say at the moment you have insufficient evidence but you are working on it! I'll bet you are! You'll remember what Our Blessed Lord said about the scandalmonger better he/she had never been born. You will be called to account at The Judgement Seat and the deepest pit that awaits you.
ReplyDelete+Pat must tell all.
DeleteCardinal McCarrick has been credibly accused of the abuse of a minor.
ReplyDeleteMcCarrick has stepped aside from ministry. There’s been talk about him for years now.
DeletePerhaps it's more like a form of "hazing"; a sort of rite of induction which existing seminarians ask new trainees at Maynooth to pass though in order to form deep personal bonds with one another? Bowing down and kissing their shoe, for example, or doing a chocolate cha cha.
ReplyDeleteBreaking News
ReplyDeletePat Buckley has another sexual fantasy about young seminairans in Maynooth....surprise surprise!
Pats wildest fantasy was gorgeous - Fact.
Delete:-) Gorgeous was not my ideal.
DeleteI like inner beauty to go with outer beauty.
Hopefully G will develop inner beauty as the outer fades.
Perhaps you should focus on developing your own inner beauty which often appears to be lacking before advising others on the subject.
DeleteGorgeous will be ordained on 14 November. It WONT be in St Mary’s.
ReplyDeleteThat is not true. He is gone for good and is happy with his decision.
DeleteOrdination? 100% Fake News. He has left that nest of Vipers
DeleteI do not believe that Gorgeous wants to pursue ordination now.
Delete19.38: Haven't you little to do with your time worrying about others who have gone on other pathways? Waste of space Pat.
Delete+Pat
DeleteHave you noticed that every time you try to expose people in Maynooth that they try to bring the conversation back to Gorgeous? Do you think that there is a nasty vindictive group of people purposely directing attention away from themselves by pointing at an easy target?
I can’t be the only one who has noticed this on this blog?
It is clear that he has left and has done the right thing unlike the Rev Sean Jones, Marshall, Wilson et al.
@21.35
DeleteA good observation. The arts of distraction and misleading are often used here by some to take a topic right off course.
Like Hugh Connolly, a reply shall be made that at first glace appears to respond, but on review purposesly misses the point altogether.
Will there ever be an end to this drama.
ReplyDeleteIt's so deep it will not end soon, but there will be big flashes on the way.
DeleteLet the untold stories be told soon, +Pat.
DeleteHi Brendan
ReplyDeleteHow are you, Brendan?
ReplyDeleteDo you have anything to confess Brendan?
ReplyDeleteHow ye girls?
ReplyDeleteWe are all wanting to hear from you Brendan.
ReplyDeleteI'm Brendan
ReplyDeleteWe wish to learn more about your fifty shades of grey, Brendan
ReplyDeletePat - I don't know who it is who is saying Hi to me every day, but I wish they'd stop.
DeleteI don't have time for this sort of thing.
Bishop Pat, please do a blog exploring the allegations surrounding Fr Armand de Malleray and the FSSP. The posts on the blog from the other day created much discussion and interest, especially those pointing to underhand negotiations with the Cardinal.
ReplyDeleteThe ordination of King Puck is inducing deep depression in me.
ReplyDeleteAnd in many others :-(
DeletePat please inform your audience who are the Maynooth Seminary rent boys. How much is it for a go.
ReplyDeleteSugar Daddy knows about the kerry seminarian who thinks he can blackmail the network.
ReplyDeletePat, Byrne got the boys hooked on LSD and MDMA.
ReplyDelete
