IRISH CLERICAL RENT BOYS

THE BLOG HAS LEARNED THAT THERE ARE AT LEAST TWO, AND POSSIBLY THREE, YOUNG IRISH MEN PROVIDING RENT BOY SERVICES FOR SENIOR IRISH CLERGY AT HOME AND ABROAD.

In one case the young man in question is residing in a church-owned property and provides regular rent boy services for senior Irish clerics.

This young man also travels, at least monthly, to other European locations to provide his services for clerics living there.

On these European visits, the young man is put up in a high-class hotel where he receives his clerical callers who are very generous financially to him.

Obviously, his airfare and all his other expenses are paid for by the clerics.

He is occasionally introduced to new clients by his older ones.

He often entertains more than one client at a time.

These visits also involve fine dining, large alcohol consumption and so-called "poppers".

The young man arrives with all the necessary "equipment" to facilitate the "strange goings on".

He has had bishops among his clients but our source was not able to tell us if any of his current clients are bishops.

I suspect there are.

The other young man conducts most of his activities in Ireland and travels around the country to meet his clients.

He does occasionally go on foreign holidays with his clients and he too is treated royally by his clerical patrons.

The Blog has been given the names and details of these two young men.

We have also been given the names of some of their clients - one a senior cleric residing in a European city who has monthly visits.

This senior cleric is also in a relationship with a priest of that country who is + years his junior.

His activities seem to be playing on his mind and he is acquiring a major alcohol addiction problem.

A PICTURE SENT TO THE BLOG BY A REGULAR READER

I'm not sure why the reader sent it.

Maybe .....................telling us not to judge?

  1. Bishop Pat, why don't you name these scoundrels, and let people know how their donations to the institutional Church are really being spent?

    1. It will just be the loose change being spent.

    2. I have all the names, times and places.

This story is very big and very convoluted.

A few of us are working on it.

    3. PS: Ireland, Paris, Barcelona and Rome are venues.

    4. The thing is though Pat, you say you have names, times and places but you never get round to printing them. So this just becomes gossip and innuendo. Is this you just trying to get readers back after your printing of right wing homophobic nut jobs?

    5. I often print names, times and places.

All views can be expressed and contradicted on this blog.

    6. Will it be Armaghgate or Dublingate? Follow the money, Bp Pat.

    7. Pat, these young men are in abusive relationships - with the pattern starting when they were much younger. I cannot understand how, knowing their names, you can absolve yourself from passing this information on to their mother or someone who really loves them and would be absolutely heartbroken if they knew what was going on. Forget the "adult at 18" nonsense. These young people are in abusive relationships and no one is doing anything about it. Someone needs to step in, not stand by. If that was happening my son and no one told me then I would think very lowly of the one who knew but passed by on the other side of the road. HELP THESE PEOPLE!!!

    8. Help these people, 14:59?

      HELP THEM?! 😠

(Well, a little licence here. It's how Mr Bumble might have addressed your, er, peculiar plea.😕)

I'll put this delicately: THESE MALE WHORES ARE GROWN MEN AND DON'T WANT TO BE HELPED. (Sorry to shout, but you seem quite deaf to reality here. )

WHY, they're too busy helping themselves! Just as do the clerical 'caca', whose 'holiness' they aspire to emulate? 😆)

  2. The cartoon is sooooooo funny! It comes with the following note.

"Its humor is rooted in the sad truth that many of the most outspoken religious leaders who have railed against homosexuality are often later found on gay “dating” app sites. Wouldn’t this just be more convenient for everyone?"

  3. We make judgements every day from choosing what to have for lunch to what to watch on TV. We can't judge anyone's soul, as that belongs to God alone, but we can and ,indeed, must make judgements about their actions. Would a boss hire an employee on probation having "judged" his abilities unsuited to the tasks of the job? Even more so must clerics be judged as they are given charge of immortal souls. That silly picture sums up your attitude to God and wanton disregard for causing scandal.

The only difference between you and the scoundrels you expose on this blog is that you are open in your flagrant denial of God's laws. Which is nothing to be proud of, however.

  4. It would take more than alcohol and poppers for me to go with any of those bishops. I'd need to be heavily sedated if, for example, it was +Amy.

  5. This is mad hi. If true this kinda stuff makes the church no better than a street gang Upper class tho

  6. Pity Mick Lomasney wasn’t a bishop; no gifts or other inducement would be needed in his case to be sure.

  7. Oh there'll be a few anxious clerics lol. The replies above are hilarious. Which of God's laws do you mean, Father? The one that says you'll keep quiet about clerics sex lives?

    1. Dear 09:27, We don't break God's laws, God's eternal laws break us! As you, the author of this blog, and all the other sneering pawns of Satan who comment here will find out very soon at your particular judgements unless you repent. "Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour". (Matt 25:13). Watch indeed...

    2. @10.30.
Each human being needs to be mindful of that line from scripture. Please do not suggest you have monopoly over it.

  8. From my experience of Maynooth I would not be surprised if the Church is either bringing the rent boys in as priests or encouraging priest-to-priest relationships.

2 years in Maynooth was enough to teach me that I need no church to know God. He is far greater than the Church would allow him to be.

  9. The real problem with abuse is abuse of authority and power and a culture of impunity. It does not necessarily have to do with homosexuality. We know that homosexuality is a problem in clerical circles; we know that the priesthood has been homosexualised; we know about the double lives of many priests and bishops; we know about the antics that they get up to; we know about the Lavender Mob; we know how they look after each other. We even know the correlation statistically between the increasing number of gays in the priesthood, the growing gay culture, and the incidence of sexual abuse of minors, particularly pubescent boys. Although, I still do not think that there is a definite cause and effect between the latter two. Homosexuality in and of itself does not necessarily incline a person to be an abuser any more than heterosexuality does. on

    1. You are right 11:40. There is a big problem with the homosexual subcultures being allowed to form in seminaries across the world which think they are a law unto themselves and the members of which then become habituated into abusive behaviour and in turn replicate this behaviour as ordained priests. The seminary priests, formators and professors who encourage such groups need to be relieved of their duties immediately before any more harm is wrought. This is the take home point from Fr Sullins report, I believe.

  15. Pat when you run stories like this and you appear to be adamant that you are correct in what you say, why not name a few names and not give us nicknames that you have put on some clerics.
